What is StayLit, Love's return policy?
If your items are damaged or broken please email shipping@staylitlove.com immediately and we are happy to issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement.
If your item is not damaged, we do accept returns on select items – unopened herbal bath salts can be returned for a refund. Due to sanitary reasons, we will not accept refunds on bath bombs. We also do not accept returns on sale items. We will not return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged. Recipient must pay to ship unopened product back and a refund will be issued upon arrival at our facility. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving product.

Are StayLit, Love's products vegan?
All of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty free.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your item has been received you will receive a shipping confirmation email that has a tracking number.
How do I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel it. E-mail us at shipping@staylitlove.com and we are happy to process your cancellation.
Does StayLit, Love have a store? / I want to send you mail! / Can I pick up my order? Where are you located?
We do not currently have a store front, but if you would like to send us mail you can do so by emailing us at shipping@staylitlove.com
Is it normal for my herbal salt bath/bath bomb to change color?
Yes! Since our products contains natural colorants, herbs, flowers, and organic essential oils and butters. Sea salts and flowers may turn herbal bath bombs baths and bath bombs brown over time. Also natural colorants have a tendency to fade over time.
Does StayLit, Love do custom orders?
Yes! We love a challenge. Email us as customerservice@staylitlove.com for your custom order.
